What a pack is
A pack is prepaid usage of an AI API. You spend it on model calls: chat completions and embeddings, through an OpenAI-compatible API. You pay the Australian dollar price on Shopify checkout. The email on that payment is the TokenKiln account. If the account exists, TOKENKILN PTY LTD adds the balance. If it does not, the account is created and the balance is added. You spend it at tokenkiln.com.
50% extra
TOKENKILN PTY LTD adds 50% extra AI API usage on top of the pack you paid for. The extra is usage. It is not a discount off the price, and it is not a second charge.
After you pay
When the payment clears, TOKENKILN PTY LTD adds the AI API usage to the email used at checkout. That email is the TokenKiln account. An existing account receives the balance. A new email creates the account, then the balance is added.
Price and GST
The amount charged is the Australian dollar price of the pack at the time you pay. The printed rate can be updated for later orders. An order keeps the price you paid.
GST is not charged. The Australian dollar price is the amount you pay.
Supply
Packs are digital. Nothing is shipped.
Refunds
If the AI API usage has not yet been added, email support@tokenkiln.com and the amount paid can be refunded to the original payment method. Once the usage has been added to the named account, the pack has been supplied.
These terms do not limit rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
